Instructions for tenants moving out of their rental property.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

It is your obligation to leave the residence in a clean and rentable condition. All of these areas are a condition for having a security deposit and\/or portions thereof returned:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  1. Notify all utility companies<\/li>
  2. Put in “Change of Address” with the Post Office<\/li>
  3. Return your keys to Renters Marketplace and leave us with your forwarding address for deposit disbursement<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t

    General Area Cleaning<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
    1. Walls and ceiling must be washed and all marks removed<\/li>
    2. Carpets must be vacuumed and professionally shampooed by a truck-mounted steam cleaner ONLY (keep receipt and provide to the Property Manager)<\/li>
    3. Blinds must be cleaned<\/li>
    4. Windows, mullions, and tracks must be washed<\/li>
    5. Light fixtures, door knobs, and all household hardware must be cleaned<\/li>
    6. All tile, vinyl and wood floors must be cleaned<\/li>
    7. Storage areas must be cleared out and cleaned<\/li>
    8. All closets are to be cleaned including the walls inside the closet<\/li>
    9. Balcony, porch, or lanai must be cleared and cleaned<\/li>
    10. Make any necessary repairs of drywall damage not noted in “move-in walk through” such as nail\/tack holes etc.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t

      Kitchen Area Cleaning<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
      1. The refrigerator must be defrosted and cleaned and turned to low<\/li>
      2. The range must have the oven pans, broiler pans (if provided) and shelves cleaned<\/li>
      3. Hood and exhaust fans must be cleaned<\/li>
      4. The dishwasher must be cleaned and in operating order<\/li>
      5. Cabinets must have all contact paper (if applied) and goods removed and shelves cleaned<\/li>
      6. Floor and container under refrigerator (if there is one) must be cleaned<\/li>
      7. Disposal must be flushed out<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t

        Bedrooms, Living & Dining Room<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
        1. Walls cleaned and marks removed<\/li>
        2. Windows, mullions and tracks cleaned<\/li>
        3. Carpets professionally shampooed (keep receipt and provide to the Property Manager)<\/li>
        4. Light fixtures and base boards (including heaters) cleaned and dusted<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t

          Landscaping<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
          1. Lawn must be mowed and edged<\/li>
          2. Yard must be raked and free of fallen leaves<\/li>
          3. All beds must be free of weeds<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
