When sellers needed to relocate because of a job loss but couldn&#8217;t sell without being upside down on their mortgage, we stepped up and created a platform first to assist in finding qualified tenants, soon adding ongoing management to assist in rent collections, move in\/out inspections, quarterly walk through inspections, posting late notices and more.
